Home Farm Festival is set in the heart of somerset, with beautiful country side & fresh country air! This year Home Farm in Chilthorne Domer will host its 7th annual festival in aid of raising funds for "The Piers SImon Appeal and School in a Bag". Previous festivals have raised a total of almost £85,000!
